Håga kurgan is a really big hill in Sweden, kind of like a giant ant hill but made out of dirt and rocks instead of ant dirt. Long, long ago, more than 3,000 years ago, some really important people were buried inside the hill. They were so important that the people who lived near the hill decided to make it extra special by putting big rocks around the edge of the hill and carving special pictures on them.
The people who were buried inside the hill were probably very powerful and had a lot of riches, like fancy jewelry and weapons. They were buried in a special way called cremation, which means that they were burned after they died and their ashes were put inside special urns that were also buried in the hill.
Today, people still go to visit Håga kurgan and they can see the special rocks with pictures on them and imagine what it must have been like so long ago when important people were buried inside.
