Haboob

A haboob is like a big, giant dust storm. It happens when the wind picks up a lot of sand or dirt from the desert and makes a big pile of it that moves along the ground like a cloud. It can be scary because you can't see very well and the wind is really strong, but it's also kind of cool to watch from a safe place like inside your house. Sometimes they happen in places where people live and can cause problems like power outages, but mostly they happen in wide open spaces where they just look really neat.
