Hacksaw

A hacksaw is a special saw that is used for cutting things like metal or plastic. It has a long, skinny blade with little teeth on it that stick out and help to cut through the material. To use a hacksaw, you hold it in one hand and move the blade back and forth over whatever you want to cut. The teeth on the blade grab onto the material and help to saw through it. Sometimes you might need to push down hard to cut through tough material, so make sure you have strong muscles or ask an adult for help! Hacksaws can be very useful for a lot of things, like building or fixing things around the house, but be careful to use them safely and not hurt yourself.
