Haggis

Haggis is a Scottish food made from sheep's insides, which are a part of the sheep's body that help it digest food. These insides are cleaned very, very well, then cooked with things like onions, spices, and oatmeal. The oatmeal is kind of like a grain that is ground up and used in a lot of different foods. All of this gets mixed together and put inside of a special bag called a stomach which is then cooked again for a long time until it is nice and “mushy”. It might not sound very tasty, but some people really like it!
