Halászlé

Halászlé is a type of soup that is really popular in Hungary. It is made with fish and lots of yummy spices, like paprika. The fish is usually cooked in a pot with veggies, like onions, tomatoes, and carrots. After cooking for a while, the soup gets really flavorful.

The soup has a bright red color because of the paprika. It is usually served with bread or some sort of carbohydrate, like noodles. Some people also like to add a dollop of sour cream on top.

Halászlé is really traditional in Hungary, especially during big celebrations like weddings or Christmas. It is very tasty and can warm you up on a cold day!
