Harvey v. Horan

Okay kiddo, so there was this guy named Brendan Harvey who lived in Massachusetts, and he wanted to buy a gun. But there was a law in Massachusetts that said he had to get a license first.

However, the guy who runs the license program, John Horan, didn't like Brendan very much. So John Horan made it very difficult for Brendan to get his license.

Brendan did some research and found out that John Horan was doing this to a lot of people, not just him. So Brendan and some other people who were also having trouble getting their licenses sued John Horan.

They said that John Horan was breaking the law by making it so hard for them to get their licenses. They also said that the law itself was unconstitutional because it didn't give people a fair chance to get a gun.

The case went to court, and the judge agreed with Brendan and the others. The judge said that John Horan was being unfair and that the law was indeed unconstitutional.

So now, people in Massachusetts have a better chance of getting a gun if they want one, and John Horan has to be nicer to them when they apply for a license. The end!
