Heat generation in integrated circuits

Integrated circuits are tiny electronic devices that have many tiny transistors, which are like tiny switches that control the flow of electricity. When electricity flows through the transistors, they generate a lot of heat. This heat needs to be carefully managed in order for the transistor to work properly. Too much heat will cause the transistor to overheat and stop working. That's why integrated circuits have special materials inside them to absorb the heat and prevent it from damaging the circuit.
