Hermite curve

A Hermite curve is like a special type of shape that is made by connecting dots with a curve. Imagine you have some dots on a piece of paper, and you want to draw a curve that goes through them. A Hermite curve is a way to draw that curve in a particular way so that it looks really smooth and nice.

The way you draw a Hermite curve is by using special numbers called "tangents" that tell you which way the curve should go at each dot. Think of the tangents like arrows that show you which direction to draw the curve. These tangents help to make the curve look nice and smooth because they tell you how much the curve should bend at each dot.

Hermite curves are used in lots of different industries, like in computer graphics to make 3D shapes look nice and smooth, or in engineering to design things like airplane wings or car bodies. They are really helpful because they allow you to make curves that look exactly how you want them to.
