Hierarchical query

Hierarchical queries help you find information that is stored in a hierarchy. A hierarchy is like a family tree where there are parent and child connections. For example, a hierarchical query might find all of the descendants of someone in a family tree. So if you wanted to know all the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of someone, then a hierarchical query would help you do this.
