High Frame Rate (HFR) is a type of video technology. It makes the visuals of a video or movie look smoother and more life-like by showing more pictures, or frames, per second. This is different from regular videos, which usually show only 24 or 30 frames per second. HFR videos can show up to 120 frames per second. This is like having four times as many pictures, which make the video look much smoother and more realistic.
