High-availability application architecture

High-availability application architecture is a way of designing computer systems to ensure that they always work. This means that the computer systems can be used all the time, even when one part of the system isn't working. To do this, computer systems are designed with multiple 'copies' of different components, and lots of ways to back up data. This way, even if one part of the system stops working, other parts can take over and keep the system running.
