History of Andhra Pradesh
Ok kiddo, let me tell you about the history of Andhra Pradesh. A long time ago, there were different kingdoms and empires in India, and one of them was called the Satavahana Empire. They ruled over a region that is now part of Andhra Pradesh.
Later on, there were other dynasties like the Kakatiya dynasty, which built amazing temples and forts. They were really good at carving rock and making sculptures.
Then, the Mughals came along and ruled over this region for some time until the British came and colonized India. When India gained independence in 1947, Andhra Pradesh was part of the big state of Madras.
But the people of Andhra Pradesh wanted their own state, so in 1953, the state of Andhra Pradesh was created.
Over time, the state has gone through many changes and become a center for technology and business. The people of Andhra Pradesh are proud of their rich history and diverse culture, and they work hard to make their state a great place to live and visit.
