History of the Baháʼí Faith

The Bahá'í Faith is a religion that started a long time ago. It was started by a man named Bahá'u'lláh who lived in Persia, which is now Iran. Bahá'u'lláh's teachings were based on love, unity, and peace for all people no matter what their religion, race, or nationality was.

Bahá'u'lláh's teachings were very different from other religions at the time. He believed in the equality of men and women, the elimination of prejudices, and that religion should be about bringing people together rather than causing conflicts.

Bahá'u'lláh's followers, or Bahá'ís, faced a lot of persecution because of their beliefs. Many were imprisoned and even killed for their faith. But despite all these challenges, the Bahá'í Faith continued to grow and spread all over the world.

Today, the Bahá'í Faith has followers from every country in the world, and its teachings continue to inspire people to work towards building a better, more peaceful world.
