Hmong customs and cultures are things that the Hmong people do and believe to show respect and celebrate important events and holidays. During the festivals, the Hmong people wear their traditional beautiful clothes, dance and sing to show joy and respect for their culture. They also play traditional instruments, like the Qeej, and perform traditional dances.

Hmong culture also includes many superstitions and beliefs, such as not cutting your hair on certain days of the month or when there is a full moon. It also includes respect for elders and animals, as well as taking care of the environment. These beliefs and values are passed down through generations, to help them remember their history and pass on the culture to future generations.
