Homoarchy

Homoarchy is a big word that describes a way in which groups of people can work together when they have equal power. Imagine you and your friends want to play a game, but nobody has more power than anyone else. So, you have to figure out how to play the game together in a way that makes everyone happy. That's kind of like what homoarchy means. It’s like everyone is on the same level and working together to achieve a goal.

For example, let's say you and your friends are building a tower out of blocks. To make it work, everyone has to work together and do their part. Nobody is the boss or bossier than anyone else, and everybody has equal say in how to build the tower. Together, you make decisions on how high to make the tower, which blocks to use, and how to make it all stable. That way, everybody gets to contribute and have fun.

In the same way, homoarchy helps people work together in a fair and equal way. It's a lot like teamwork, where everyone is working together to get things done without anyone being the boss. That way, nobody feels left out, and everyone's ideas matter.
