House church (China)

House Church is a type of church that meets in a private home instead of a big building or church. In China, it is common for people to meet in each other's homes to worship. People gather to read the Bible, sing, pray, and talk about their faith in Jesus. This can be done with just a few people or a large group. Many House Churches in China are part of an underground church movement, because the Chinese government doesn't always allow religious freedom.
