Howie scream

You know how sometimes in movies when someone falls off a cliff or gets hurt really badly, you hear a really loud scream that sounds sort of funny? That's called the "Howie Scream"!

The Howie Scream is a sound effect that's been used in movies and TV shows for a really long time. It's named after a guy named Howie Long who made the scream in a bunch of old movies, but nobody's really sure where it originally came from.

It's used in lots of different kinds of movies, from action movies to comedies, and it's become sort of a joke among movie makers. Whenever you hear that scream, you know someone's in trouble! Even though it sounds silly, it's a really famous sound effect that lots of people recognize.
