Howland will forgery trial

A will forgery trial is when a person is accused of changing or making up someone's will (a legal document deciding who gets their money and possessions when they die). If a person is accused of forgery, a court trial will be held to decide if the person did something wrong. During the trial, evidence will be presented to the judge and jury about whether or not the accused person was involved in forgery. This evidence might include handwritten documents, witnesses who saw what happened, or anything else that may point to the accused person's involvement. After hearing all the evidence, the judge and jury will decide if the accused person is guilty or not. If the accused person is found guilty, they may be sent to jail or have to pay a fine.
