ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Huber Breaker

Hello kiddo, I'll explain what a Huber breaker is in a way that's easy for you to understand.

A Huber breaker is a big machine that is used to break rocks that are found underground when mining for coal. Think of the breaker as a giant hammer that breaks rocks into smaller pieces so they can be collected and sorted.

The Huber breaker was used in Pennsylvania a long time ago when coal mining was a big industry in the state. It was one of the biggest and most advanced breakers of its time, and many people worked there to help run the machine and collect the coal.

Sadly, the Huber breaker is not used anymore for mining coal as it got old and newer machines were built. But people can still visit it today to learn about the history of mining and how the breaker worked.
