Human fat

Hello there, kiddo! Today we are going to talk about human fat. You know how our body needs food to stay healthy and grow bigger? Well, food gives us energy, and when we eat more than our body needs, it stores the extra energy as fat.

Fat is a tissue in our body, and it is essential as it acts as a cushion to protect our organs, gives shape to our body, and stores energy that we can use when we don't have food to eat. Fat cells come in different sizes and shapes, and they are found all over our body, like on our thighs, belly, arms, and back.

When we eat too much junk food or foods high in calories, our body stores more and more fat than it needs. Over time, this extra fat can make us overweight or obese, which means that we have too much fat in our body.

Being overweight is not good for our health, as it can cause many problems like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and even cancer. That's why it's essential to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy weight to keep our body healthy.

So, remember, kid, fat is not bad, but too much of it can cause health problems. Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and be healthy!
