Human trafficking in Turkey

Human trafficking is when bad people trick or force other people into doing things they don't want to do. In Turkey, some bad people might trick or force other people, often women and children, to come to Turkey and work in places like farms, factories, or even someone's house. They might also make these people do bad things, like working long hours without breaks or being paid very little money. These bad people might also sell these people to other bad people who want to do bad things to them. This is very, very bad and against the law. The government of Turkey is working hard to stop these bad people and to protect the people who are being hurt. It's important to always be careful when talking to strangers and to tell an adult if someone is trying to make you do something you don't want to do.
