Hydrational fluid

Hydrational fluid is like a special drink that helps our body stay hydrated or not too dry. Our body needs water all the time, just like how plants need water to grow. Sometimes when we play or exercise a lot, or when it's hot outside, we lose water through sweat, which can make us thirsty and feel tired or dizzy.

Hydrational fluid has extra things in it, besides water, that can help our body take in more water and use it better. It has electrolytes, which are like tiny helpers that tell our body where to put the water and make sure it goes where it's needed most. It also has sugars, which give us energy to keep playing or moving around.

Hydrational fluid comes in different flavors and forms, like sports drinks or juice boxes. It's important to drink hydrational fluid when we need to, but we shouldn't drink too much of it at once or all the time, because that can actually be bad for our body. Drinking plain water is still the best way to stay hydrated most of the time.
