Hyperhidrosis

Okay kiddo, hyperhidrosis is when someone has really sweaty hands, feet, or armpits even when they aren't doing anything that would normally make them sweat.

See, our bodies have sweat glands that make sweat to help cool us down when we get too hot. Usually, when we exercise or it's hot outside, we sweat more than usual.

But with hyperhidrosis, someone might start sweating a lot even when they're just sitting in a cool room or not moving around much at all.

This can make them feel embarrassed or uncomfortable because they're always wet and slippery. But don't worry, there are ways to treat hyperhidrosis! Some people use special antiperspirants, while others might need medication or even surgery in extreme cases.

Overall, hyperhidrosis can be kind of a nuisance, but with the right help, those who have it can still live happy and healthy lives.
