ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

ITP Method

The ITP method is a way of solving math problems that involves making guesses and checking them until you find the right answer.

It's like when you're trying to guess how many jelly beans are in a jar. You might start by guessing a number, say 10. Then you count the jelly beans and see that there are more than 10, so you guess a bigger number, like 20. If that's still not enough, you might guess an even bigger number, like 30. And so on, until you finally guess the right number.

In the same way, with the ITP method, you start by making a guess at the answer to a math problem. Then you check your guess to see if it's right. If it's not, you adjust your guess and check again, repeating the process until you find the correct answer.

This method can be useful for solving problems that don't have a clear or straightforward solution. It requires patience, persistence, and the ability to keep trying until you find the right answer.
