Ideal firm size

Ideal firm size means the best number of people who should work in the company. It can depend on the type of business and the number of tasks that need to be completed, but a good rule of thumb is to start with about 10 to 20 people. That's a small enough group that everybody can get to know each other, but big enough so that there are enough people to do all the jobs that need to be done.
