Identity documents in Iran

Identity documents in Iran are papers that prove who you are, kind of like a name tag or a badge. They tell people important information about you, like your name, your birthdate, and where you come from. These documents are really important because you need them to do things like go to school, get a job, or even just open a bank account.

In Iran, there are a few different types of identity documents, but the most important one is called a National ID card. This is a special card that has a picture of you and a bunch of information about you, like your name, your father's name, your birthdate, your address, and even your blood type.

To get a National ID card, you have to go to a special office called the National ID Organization. There, you'll fill out a bunch of forms and give them some documents to prove who you are, like your birth certificate or your passport. They'll also take your picture and give you a special number that's unique to you.

Once you have your National ID card, you'll need to carry it with you wherever you go, kind of like a driver's license. That way, if someone needs to know who you are, you can just show them your card. Plus, it's required by law to have it with you at all times, so don't forget it at home!
