Idiocracy

Idiocracy is a term used to describe a world where people become less intelligent over time because of a lack of education, or other factors. People in an idiocratic world would not have the same mental capacity as previous generations and the level of intelligence would decrease. This could lead to worse decision making and more difficulty understanding complex topics.
