Immigration policies of American labor unions

Immigration policies of American labor unions are the rules and laws that determine how people from other countries can work in the United States. A labor union is an organization of people who work in the same industry and who join together to protect their rights. Because many of the people working in certain industries in the United States come from other countries, labor unions have to make sure that those workers are treated fairly and are allowed to work in the U.S. legally. This means they have to make sure that any workers who come to the U.S. have the right visas, have the right education and job experience, and are paid fair wages. It's the labor union's responsibility to make sure that these rules are followed so that everyone is treated fairly and are able to do the jobs they are hired to do safely and legally.
