Immigration to the United States of America is when people from other countries move to the United States of America to live there. People have different reasons for wanting to come to the United States, like trying to find a job or escape persecution in their home country. Some people come with permission from the government, and others come without permission. In some cases, when people come without permission, they can get sent back to their home country.
