Immunization registry

An immunization registry is like a special book that keeps track of all the times you get a shot to protect against sicknesses. When you go to the doctor and get a shot or vaccine, they write down your name, the date, and what shot you got in the registry book.

This book helps your doctor remember which vaccines you’ve had and which ones you still need to get, to protect you from getting sick again in the future. It also helps schools and childcare centers keep track of which students have gotten their shots and which ones haven't yet, so everyone stays healthy.

Think of it like keeping a list of all the fun toys you have, except instead of toys, it’s keeping track of all the shots you’ve had to keep you healthy and safe.
