Imparted righteousness

Imparted righteousness means that when we trust and believe in Jesus, God gives us His righteousness as a gift. This means that we become right with God even though we don't deserve it. It's like getting a present we don't deserve, but it makes us happy and loved by God. Just like a parent gives a child a toy when they didn't do anything to earn it, God gives us His righteousness when we didn't do anything to earn it. And the best part is that once we have received this righteousness, we can live a life that pleases God because of His gift to us.
