ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Importation right

Importation right is a rule that tells us who can bring things from one country to another. Imagine you want to bring your favorite toy from another country to yours. Before you can do that, there are rules you need to follow. You need to get permission from a group of people who are in charge of deciding if it's okay to bring that toy into your country.

They might say no if the toy is not safe or if it could hurt people. If they say yes, then they will give you the importation right. That means you can bring the toy into your country and everyone will be happy. But if they say no, you cannot bring the toy.

This rule applies for not only toys but everything that people want to bring into a country such as products, animals or plants. So it is important to understand the rules of importation right if you want to bring anything from another country.
