In-text advertising

In-text advertising is when words in a piece of writing, like an article or a blog post, are turned into clickable links that lead to another website. Let's say you're reading an article about dogs, and the word "bone" is linked to a website selling dog toys. When you click on the word "bone", it takes you to that website where you can see and maybe buy dog toys.

It's like when you see a picture of a toy on a TV commercial and it says "buy now" underneath it. In-text advertising works the same way, but instead of a picture, it's a clickable word. The purpose of in-text advertising is to get you interested in the product or service and potentially make a purchase.

It's important to remember that not all words in an article or blog post are links to other websites. Only some words are turned into links, usually by the author or the website owner. So if you see a word that's a different color and underlined, that means it's a link to another website. You can click on it if you want to learn more or buy something.
