Incarnation (Christianity)

Incarnation means that Jesus, who is the Son of God in Christianity, became a human being. This happened when Mary, who was a woman, gave birth to Jesus. So, Jesus is both fully God and fully human. It's like having super powers and being a regular kid at the same time. Jesus was born, lived, and died as a person, but he also has special divine powers because he is God. Christians believe that this is important because it shows that God can understand what it's like to be human and can relate to our experiences. So, incarnation means that Jesus is a unique combination of God and human, which is a big deal for Christians.
