Incitement to ethnic or racial hatred means trying to make people hate people who are different from them because of their race or ethnicity. This is wrong because everyone deserves to be treated the same and with respect, no matter what race or ethnicity they are. It is a serious crime to encourage someone to hate someone else because of their race or ethnicity.
