ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Inclusive democracy

Inclusive democracy is a way for people to make decisions together. Everyone is invited to join in and have a say in how things are run - no one is left out. Inclusive democracy includes things like having equal voting rights, regular public meetings open to everyone, and giving everyone the opportunity to participate in discussion and decision-making. This way, everyone is included in making decisions and everyone's opinion is heard.
