Independent sacramental movement

Okay kiddo, so you know how some people go to church on Sundays to pray and be with other people who believe in God? Well, the independent sacramental movement is a group of people who also believe in God and want to have church but they don’t always want to follow the rules of the big churches like the Catholic Church or the Protestant Church.

So, they make their own churches! They call themselves independent because they don’t have to follow what the big churches say. Sometimes they have their own pastors, bishops, or priests, and they might even have different rules for how they do things in church.

These churches still believe in sacraments though, which are like special blessings and rituals that make you feel closer to God. Like getting baptized or receiving communion. But, the independent groups might do them a little differently than the big churches.

Overall, the independent sacramental movement is just a group of people who believe in God and want to have church their own way. It’s kind of like having a clubhouse where you and your friends can do things your own way without anyone telling you what to do!
