Indian mathematics is math that was developed by people from India. It was around for thousands of years and was used for solving problems and learning about numbers. Indian mathematicians developed many useful concepts, like the number zero and the decimal system. They also used algebra and geometry to figure out the size of different shapes. Indian mathematicians also worked on ideas like the Pythagorean Theorem and methods of calculating squares and square roots.
