Individual reclamation

Individual reclamation means someone reclaiming something that belongs to them personally. It's like finding a toy you lost and taking it back.

Let's say you have a favorite toy car that you let your friend borrow. Your friend was supposed to give it back, but they forgot or lost it. When you ask them about it, they apologize but say they can't find it.

So then you decide to do an individual reclamation, which means you try to find your toy car yourself. You might look around your friend's house or ask their parents if they've seen it.

If you eventually find the toy car, you can take it back and it will be rightfully yours again. This is individual reclamation because you are only trying to get back something that belongs specifically to you.
