Industrial organization is all about how companies in the same industry interact with each other. It looks at things like pricing, competition, and how the companies in an industry might cooperate or compete. Basically, the goal of industrial organization is to figure out how different companies in an industry can work together to make sure that prices are fair and that everyone has a chance to make a profit.
