Insight phenomenology

Insight phenomenology (or IP) is a way of studying what it's like to experience certain kinds of thoughts and feelings. It looks at how people think and how they describe their own experiences. To do this, researchers ask people to tell them stories about their own experiences, like how a certain feeling felt or how a certain thought went through their head. When we look for patterns in what people tell us, we can start to understand more about the different kinds of experiences.
