ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Instinctive aiming

When you play a game or sport, like throwing a ball, you aim where you want the ball to go. But have you ever noticed that sometimes your body just seems to know where to throw without you even thinking about it? That's called instinctive aiming.

Your body has something called muscle memory, which means it remembers how to do certain tasks without you even having to think about it. It happens when you do the same action over and over again, like throwing a ball. Your muscles learn how to adjust and aim, even if you're not consciously thinking about it.

So basically, when you throw a ball, your body already knows how to aim thanks to muscle memory, and that's what instinctive aiming is all about. Cool, huh?
