ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Instructor-led training

Instructor-led training is when someone who knows a lot about something teaches other people about that thing. It's like when your teacher teaches you about addition and subtraction in math class. The teacher is the instructor and they show you how to do it with examples and practice.

Sometimes the instructor is in the same room as you, like when your karate teacher teaches you how to do a punch. Other times, the instructor is on a screen like when you watch videos on the computer or TV to learn about something.

Instructor-led training is good because it helps you learn things better than just reading about it on your own. You can ask questions and get help when you need it. Plus, it's fun to learn with other people!
