ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Internal realism

Internal realism is a way of looking at the world that focuses on the things that are true and real even if you can't see them. It's like if you believe that the things that you can't see, like feelings, thoughts, and imaginations, can be just as real and important as the things you can see with your eyes. So internal realism means that we don't just look at the world by only thinking about the things we can see and touch, but also we think about what is true and real even though we can't see it.
