International Bill of Human Rights

The International Bill of Human Rights is a set of laws from the United Nations, a group of countries that work together to make the world a better place, that say everyone has basic human rights. Everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. These rights include the right to be free from discrimination, the right to have a safe and healthy life, the right to have an education, and many others. It also makes sure that people are protected against torture, slavery, or cruel punishment. This means that no government or other people can try to take away someone's human rights.
