Internet trolls

Internet trolls are people who like to make mean or upsetting comments online, usually on websites like Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter. They do this to be mean and to get people mad or scared. They aren't usually trying to be helpful or start a good conversation or give people advice. It's just about making people feel bad.
