ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Interpersonal accuracy

Interpersonal accuracy is all about understanding other people, and being able to speak to them in a way that makes sense to them. It's about being able to read other people's body language, facial expressions and tone of voice, and figure out what they might be feeling and thinking. Interpersonal accuracy also helps you find the right words to use when you're communicating with others, so that you can make sure they understand you.
