Iraq–Israel relations
Hey there little one! So, do you remember hearing about two countries called Iraq and Israel before? Well, they don't get along very well with each other. It's like when you don't want to share your toys with your little brother or sister.
You see, a long time ago, Israel was created as a new country in the Middle East. Many people were really excited about this, but some countries around Israel, including Iraq, were not happy about it. They thought that Israel shouldn't exist so close to where they lived and should go somewhere else.
This disagreement led to many conflicts and wars between the two countries over the years. They had a lot of arguments and fighting, which was really sad because many people were hurt or lost their homes.
To make matters worse, some people in Iraq did not like Jewish people, who lived in Israel, and said they were not allowed to live there. They believed that Israel should only be for Muslims and Christians.
