Iron Age

The Iron Age was a time in history when people had learned how to make and use tools and weapons out of iron. Before this time period, people used tools made out of stone, bone, and wood, but iron was more durable and could be used to make more advanced tools. Iron was also used to build strong buildings and ships. During the Iron Age, people learned how to heat iron and make it into different shapes with the help of blacksmiths. This made it possible to produce even better weapons, tools, and equipment.
