Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Science

Okay, kiddo, so you know how we should take care of our planet Earth and not do things that harm it, like littering or cutting down too many trees, right?

Well, the Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Science is a group of people who also believe it's important to take care of the Earth, and they look at the teachings of Islam to figure out how we can do that.

In Islam, it's believed that humans have been put on Earth as "khalifahs," or caretakers, and it's our job to take care of everything on Earth, including plants, animals, and even the air we breathe. The Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Science looks at how we can live in a way that respects and takes care of the environment around us.

For example, they might look at ways we can use renewable energy, like solar power, instead of using things that pollute the Earth, like coal. They might also encourage people to recycle and make sure not to waste things.

So basically, the Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Science is a group of people who care about the Earth and are trying to figure out how we can take care of it based on the teachings of Islam.
